Here is what we have been up to during the first half of
our trip to Yellowstone.
April 30 - Tonight is our last night in Casa Grande Ariz
for the season. Starting our trip to Yellowstone National Park for our summer
job. First stop is Seligman Ariz, on Route 66!
May 1 - We arrived in Seligman Ariz today. Walked around
town to see the sites and gift shops. Had dinner at Delgadillo's Snow Cap Drive
In. Drove a few miles of the original Route 66 and read some Burma Shave
signs!

May 2 - We took a day trip to Oatman Ariz. Right on the
Historic Route 66. What a beautiful drive from Kingman and a cute western town!
They have wild burros that live in
the area and come into town walking wherever they want! http://oatmangoldroad.org/
May 3 - Took a day trip to Lake Havasu City Ariz today!
Walked under and drove over the London Bridge. (Remember "London Bridge is
falling down"?) THE bridge is now in Arizona.

May 4 - The tour of the Hoover Dam was AWESOME. We
walked over the new bridge and got the great view of the dam from there. We took
the tour down inside, too. Don't miss a chance to see this if you are in the
area. It is worth the time to see it.

May 6 - Today we visited the Frontier Homestead State

CO.

May 7 - The Lilacs and Iris' are blooming in Cedar City
UT! Beautiful! Drove to Old Iron
