When we left Chicago to drive to Branson Missouri the
best way to go was the highway that follows the Historic Route 66!
How
fun to see some of the sights from the highway and up close when we stopped for
the night in Litchfield Illinois and Cuba Missouri. www.illinoisroute66.org
In
Missouri we saw the world’s largest rocking chair at the Fanning 66
Outpost. Then we ate dinner at Missouri
Hick Bar-B-Q in Cuba Missouri. Also,
Cuba is considered “Mural City”. Check
