While we have been waiting for motor home parts to be
“freighted” to Denton, TX, we have had the opportunity to experience Denton and
Sanger Texas. The restaurants and people
are great. Found the local Curves and
have been able to use their facility a number of times. While I am at Curves, Terry has been walking
in the adjacent neighborhood or riding his bike. We also took time to visit the
Fort Worth Zoo, ranked 5th in the nation. We saw TWO baby elephants, a white tiger, a
BIG crocodile and heard the lion roar!
It was a perfect weather to enjoy being outside.
We have all our items stored in the motor home. The ones that didn’t fit were given away or
shipped back to family. Now if I can only remember where I stored
everything. Still can’t find the extra
AA & AAA batteries!
We are upgrading the electric jacks/leveling system to a
hydraulic version. It is a two day job.
Then we are headed to Carlsbad, NM to take lessons on how to drive this
rig!
We didn’t make it to Tucson for Alina’s spring break but
look forward to getting there as soon as we can.
